Intelligent Safety Scanners
Our AGVs are equipped with multi-zone safety scanners that monitor the environment in real time. Each scanner—front, rear, and lateral—is certified for override banks and field sets that define safe operating speeds and zones.

How AGVs Respond to Obstacles
Our AGVs use safety-rated laser scanners to continuously monitor their surroundings. When an object enters the warning field, the AGV automatically slows down. If the object moves into the protective field, the AGV stops completely—preventing contact. The safety scanners' fields automatically adjust in size based on the AGV’s speed, ensuring safe operation in real time.

Once the path is clear, the AGV resumes movement after a brief pause. If the obstruction remains, it stays safely stopped. This system helps protect both people and equipment from accidental collisions.
